  As a medical student, time management is both my biggest challenge and my greatest tool. The workload is intense, and the pressure to keep up with lectures, assignments, practicals, and exams can be overwhelming. Add to that the need to maintain some semblance of a social life and personal well-being, and it’s easy to feel like there’s never enough time in the day.
